2. Data We Collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and the display name you choose. When you use the Service we store the content you post (including images), your likes and saved collections, profile information (username, bio, avatar), and basic usage data such as the pages you view.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Service — to display your profile and posts, to personalise your feed, to recommend designs, and to moderate content. We may also use your email to send essential service notices such as password resets and account-deletion confirmations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help run Nailspo (for example hosting, email delivery, and analytics), under agreements that protect your data, or when required by law.

5. Cookies

Nailspo uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through the cookie consent banner or in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can update your profile information in Settings, or delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. To exercise other rights, contact us at support@nailspo.com.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, your posts are hidden immediately and your profile is deactivated. If you log in within 30 days, your account is fully reactivated. If you do not, all your data — posts, likes, saved collections, and profile — is permanently deleted after 30 days.

8. Children

Nailspo is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
